Onboarding New Members

Where do new members come from? 
  1. Strategic partnerships (like AMN)
  1. Recommendations by existing members 
  1.  Cold contact 
We should note who recommended whom and where new members are coming from when we share them with the mailinglist (xx recommended by yy) 

We need different processes depending on where members are coming from - especially if its cold contact we need at least one call between the potential new member and Fadia.

Fadia should present new members' requests bi-weekly to the board and communicate regularly with us on prioritizing new members and how to integrate them (a personal presentation)
